Nat is the Head of Design for Figure.NZ, where she spends her days helping kiwis to see New Zealand clearly by making open data findable and useable. She was formerly the Solutions and UX Lead for Vend, a retail SaaS platform. A user experience designer by trade, Nat advocates for an intersectional, inclusive approach to designing our future.

In her (elusive) spare time, she works with conferences, events and companies to make NZ's tech sector a more welcoming place for under-represented minorities.
