Abstract

What's involved in making a game that doesn't support Linux support Linux? How can Free/Open Source Software help with this, and how can F/OSS ecosystems benefit? In this talk, the person behind Day of the Tentacle Remastered's Linux port will share his experiences and perspectives on the porting process, and offer thoughts on the broader implications and outcomes of more games supporting Linux.
