Presented by Bianca Gibson
Target audience: Community

Abstract

We've all heard about the tech industry being an often hostile environment for women. What are some of the common patterns in discrimination? What are the daily experiences that cause women to leave tech at a much higher rate than men? From this talk everyone can learn about the patterns to help us catch ourselves and push back on unconscious bias, and women can learn some coping mechanisms for the common patterns.
