Who do I contact if I have a general enquiry?

Where do I pick my keys up?
If you arrive after office hours (after 5pm or on the weekend) keys are collected from the after-hours staff member on duty. They can be reached by calling 03 6226 6000 or using the help phone opposite the office door.
If you arrive during business hours (8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday), you can collect your keys from the administration office at 20 College Road, Sandy Bay.
I’m locked out, what do I do?
Call the after-hours staff member on duty. They can be reached by calling 03 6226 6000.
How do I check out?
Check out is at the Accommodation Services administration is located at 20 College Road, Sandy Bay.You can return your keys to the office or place it in the return box which is located next to the office entrance door.
Check out time is 10am.
How do I get to the accommodation from the airport?
You can take the Airporter bus, which meets every flight at Hobart Airport, however, the nearest stop is on Churchill Avenue, which is down the hill from the Colleges.
Hobart Airport has relatively few flights so you'll almost certainly have other conference-goers on your flight.
Three people sharing a taxi to the University will generally be cheaper than taking the airporter bus. To see if other LCA people are on your flight, and to add yourself to the list, see the conference wiki.
Where and when is breakfast?
Breakfast is at Pepperz Café. Pepperz is above the Accommodation Services building.
Breakfast runs from 6:30am to 9:00am from Monday through Saturday.
General conditions of UTAS Accommodation:
Standard UTAS check-in is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
Linen is supplied on arrival, however rooms are not serviced
Laundry facilities are available onsite
All UTAS premises are smoke-free and no person may smoke in or within 3 metres of any building
Where is breakfast?
Breakfast is at Pepperz which is the café located in the same area as the accommodation.
What is the number for emergencies?
000 is the Police/Fire/Ambulance emergency number Australia-wide.
