# Food at linux.conf.au

Lunch as well as morning and afternoon teas will be provided at the conference, so you will need to make your own arrangements for most evening meals. If you are staying at Wrest Point there are some restaurants in the hotel, but since Hobart is latitude 42 degrees south, our days are long so we recommend taking some time to explore our city.

To help with this, we've provided a run down below of some food and beverage venues.

If you are staying at the University of Tasmania accomodation, this includes full cooked breakfast on each day of the conference.
